This Privacy Policy explains how moatX.ai Private Limited ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use moatX at moatx.ai.
Account data (name, email, phone, role), company registration details (including GSTIN/PAN where provided), profile and CV content, application and interview records, assessment results, background-verification outcomes, billing identifiers from Cashfree (not full card numbers), and technical logs needed to secure the service.
To operate recruitment workflows (matching, interviews, assessments, BGV, offers), process Role Credit purchases, prevent fraud, comply with law, and improve product reliability. We do not sell personal data.
We use subprocessors such as Supabase (hosting/auth/database), Cashfree (payments and Secure ID identity verification), Resend (transactional email), and voice AI providers for outreach features. Data is shared only as needed to deliver those services.
We retain account and hiring records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for audit, dispute, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise where feasible.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting support@moatx.ai. You may also close your account through platform settings or support.
We use encrypted transport, role-based access controls, and least-privilege service keys. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please use a strong unique password.
