This policy covers purchases of Role Credits and related subscription plans on moatX, paid through Cashfree.
Role Credits are prepaid digital units. Once credits are successfully credited to your wallet after payment confirmation, the purchase is generally non-refundable, except where required by law or described below.
If Cashfree confirms a payment but credits are not granted within a reasonable time, or if a duplicate charge occurs due to a technical error, contact support@moatx.ai with your order/payment ID. We will investigate and refund or credit as appropriate.
If you cancel before payment is captured / before credits are granted, no charge applies. After credits are granted, cancellation does not automatically reverse consumption of already-used credits (for example assessments, BGV, or peer-review unlocks).
Custom enterprise arrangements may include separate cancellation terms in the commercial proposal or invoice. Those terms prevail for that contract.
Email support@moatx.ai with your registered email, approximate payment time, Cashfree payment ID, and reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Cashfree's timelines.
