By creating an account or using moatX, you agree to these Terms with moatX.ai Private Limited. If you use the product on behalf of a company, you represent that you can bind that company.
Candidates, employers, and admins have different permissions. You are responsible for activity under your credentials and for accurate profile or company information.
Paid features consume Role Credits (RC). Prices are shown in-product (base RC price plus applicable GST). Payments are processed by Cashfree. Unused credits may be subject to plan terms; see our Refund Policy.
You may not misuse verification APIs, scrape candidate data, post fraudulent jobs, harass users, or attempt to circumvent billing or security controls. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Employers must comply with applicable employment and data-protection laws when processing candidate data obtained through moatX, including fair hiring practices and lawful BGV consent.
Candidates must provide truthful information and obtain rights to upload CVs and documents. Misrepresentation may result in account termination.
moatX software, branding, assessment banks, and MINDSET™ materials remain property of moatX.ai Private Limited or its licensors. You retain rights to content you upload, and grant us a licence to host and process it to run the service.
The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee hiring outcomes. Third-party verification results depend on upstream providers and source registries.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, moatX.ai Private Limited's aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to fees you paid for Role Credits in the three months preceding the claim.
